Kingsbridge Apartments

Recently move in here and I love it so far. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I was on a wait list since March but it was worth it. The rent is a little on the high side but competitive to the area. Leah helped me through the entire process and was very communicative. I’m thankful to be in such a safe place. My neighbors are friendly and quiet and parking is not a problem.

I was able to get an entry level appartment and furnish it into a bachelor pad fits a cal king mattress in the bedroom entertainment home gym table and couches in common area … I am sure to get all the guests in this one of a kind deal located in the heart of great bridge. James was very professional and very respectful while working in our pantry. He fixed my outlet while he was here too! He made sure I that our pantry was safe and at the right moisture levels and kept us posted on all updates throughout the week! He did an awesome job, would love for him to come back if we ever need anything else taken care of!

I just moved out of Kingsbridge after 3 years of living in my apartment. Yes parking isn't great, but I really appreciated having one spot no matter what weird hours I kept. I moved in during COVID and the staff was beyond helpful and accommodating. The apartment was not renovated but that was because of COVID, it was still clean and what I was promised. Every dwelling unit will occasionally have a waterbug, but it was rare and more often than not dying anyway as the apartment complex was treated often, I never once had an "inside dwelling" roach. I only moved out to get married. The maintenance was responsive and pleasant. The office staff was always beyond helpful, I never felt like they were too busy to help me. The grounds are cared for so often it is almost annoying.... but beautiful. I was able to leave lawn ornaments out and never had a problem with destruction. I would leave my car open and never had a problem. Overall, I would live here again and enjoyed my time in my apartment.

The first time I rented from kingsbridge I had a good experience.This time I am having a horrible experience. The only thing that keeps me here is my children's school. I have had issues with my AC, Rodents, the Dishwasher, the Washer and Dryer and Mold. I have had meetings with maintenance supervisor, everyone in the leasing office is aware but they still have not fixed the problems. I have tried to contact corporate as well but I never get a call back. All they care about is money. I requested to be transferred to another unit 2 months ago not only do they want to charge me a transfer fee as if I am not going thru enough,they have been giving me the run around say nothing is available. I am completely disappointed and disgusted about they way I have been treated here. I hope this review warns other and motivates Kingsbridge Lawsons company to do better......I have read the reply for my review and this is just the company response to cya (cover your a**).There was no in person meeting I had to go in the office screaming and crying to get any assistance which makes me feel like Kingsbridge is not doing there best.The bare minimum is done. They want to hide behind emails and auto reply's but no one is doing any follow ups to see if the work is really being done. Slum lords do exist in company's and with private owned properties. Beware. Understand that it is all about the money. This is a shi**y complex for lack of better words. I will continue to pay my rent in full and on time until I can relieve myself from this nightmare.

This place was the best thg for my family I tho. It all abt money and put folks out. No understanding thg change. No help. Just get out. No I won’t move or tell anyone abt how horrible the staff can be. So. Not understanding. I hate my family life has been ruined because folks and corporations are money hungry. To the future. Residence do your homework.
